  34. Well, I'm on the MotherShip computer now, and while the Daily Planet 
  35. (http://www.atmos.uiuc.edu/) is a great resource - esp for US stuff, the 
  36. stills and animations I was talking about are on 
  37. http://clunix.cl.msu.edu/weather/ .  There you can get recent GOES-7, 
  38. GOES-8, GMS-5 and other sat images in visible and infrared.  Aspect 
  39. ration isn't too wrap-friendly (if they would just move the sat's camera 
  40. a bit we could get a lot less curvature...) but it's a start....
